Requiem Alliance - Userbar

I made this userbar for those who want to use it.



Unfortunately, we'll need to wait till we have a better Aika forum to use it there. But you could use it here if you'd like.

PS: I've left the nation name as Waterlaw (unless T3Fun changes it to a better name than what they have chosen at the moment).

No issue. The intended usage was to be in Aika forums. That's the only place it would make sense. ^^

dude thanks for the sources. i didnt get the exact effect on how you changed the color tho but it's close thanks again

now we got some serius issue cuz seems like XIII is leaving the LM aliance so we will have to update the ban but great work man :3
