I have found the official Race Class Talent Calculator

The talent tree is used to buff the skills listed in the skill guide i posted earlier.
You will see 3 different trees per class. you can NOT have all.
What you will need to do now is decide which skills are most important to you and how you want to buff them. Some Talents increase attacks of skills, or reduce the cool down time. Other Talents will increase durations of your buffs and debuffs. If you are looking at a talent at the bottom of a tree, you will need a lot of skill points to get there, meaning you will only be able to go down 1 path.
to go down the grape vine of a tree 5 points need to be used in each tier.
